The concussion and insurance waivers will be filled out online when you register through EventBrite. All coaches must fill out a roster form for their team that will be included in the recruiting books for the college coaches. Please fill out this spreadsheet and email to at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Cancellation Policies

Full refunds, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be granted for cancellation notification received before June 5th. After June 5, refunds (minus the $25 administrative fee) can only be given for certified medical reasons. Certification must be in the form of a signed medical statement from a physician, and it must be received before the day Wolverine War begins or no refund can be given. Players who have to leave Wolverine War early for medical reasons will receive a pro-rated refund, minus non-waivable Wolverine War costs. Players who are asked to leave Wolverine War for disciplinary reasons will not receive any refund.

Note: In the event of weather that threatens the safety of players and staff, or that the athletic trainer determines the weather will cause severe damage to the fields, all players will be moved off of the fields and required to go to their cars or team hotels. Every effort will be made to move sessions to other facilities if weather becomes a major problem, but the Wolverine War cannot guarantee alternate field and transportation availability. Although very rare, severe weather or constant rain can make local fields unplayable. The Wolverine War cannot be held financially responsible for weather that preempts scheduled sessions.
